What a fun week we just got to spend with my Mom! She came back to visit with us all, and spend some time with Liam since being out of the NICU. I was a little worried that we would be exhausted from our trip to CA to enjoy the time with her, but thankfully we all had a blast without getting off of our schedule too much.Jax had Gramma wrapped around his finger, and doing almost everything he asked of her by the time she had to leave. Haha... "Gramma, come here, sit down". Liam also got lots of one on one Gramma time, which I know my mom really enjoyed.
While Mom was here, we also celebrated Easter, and had a ton of fun watching Jax and Liam being spoiled with so much love and attention. Of course Gramma also had a hand in helping the Easter Bunny with some of their gifts, so that made Jax even more excited she was here! Jax got a new trike, lots of sidewalk chalk, and waaaay too much candy!
On Easter morning we had friends and family visit with us, and help us out with the Easter Egg hunt. Jax was great! He had so much fun, and did such a good finding all the eggs!!
Later that afternoon we had an "adult" hunt where we acted more lik
e middle schooler's fighting over who got to the Golden Egg first... I think a few of us had more bumps and bruises than we thought we'd get from hunting for candy... It was a ton of fun though, and one I'll definitely remember!

Not a bad day at all!!!
So now Mom's on an airplane back home, I'm already missing her help and company... :(
